Pre-arrival
Our website, www.liddelpark.co.uk , has pictures of each of the cottages. Bookings can be made from the website having checked availability and rates. Enquiries and booking can also be made by telephone or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
Large print version of the brochure copy and website text is available and can be emailed or posted on request.

We are 2 miles from any bus stop, 8 miles from a regular bus stop and 17 miles from Carlisle railway station. You really do need your own transport.
Both Tesco and Asda deliver to the area and we can arrange to receive your orders for you. The nearest shops are the Post Office, Canonbie (6 Miles); Spar, Longtown (8 miles).

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
There is adequate parking in the courtyard immediately outside the cottages.
The car park is level gravel with a level concrete path in front of the cottages.

Laundry.
A separate laundry with front loading washer and separate dryer is available.

Entrance. The door is 75cm wide opening on to the hall. The key hole is 95cm high.There is a threshold of 2.5cm at the door. The hall has a minimum width of 75cm. Doors to the right lead to the open plan dining kitchen and lounge. The hall turns 90° to the left giving access to the doors for the bathroom and two bedrooms.
Walls are light with doors and skirting dark. The floor is quarry tiled.
A smoke alarm is fitted to the ceiling.
Dining Kitchen and Lounge. Doors 65 or 70cm wide give access to the kitchen area or the lounge area. The lounge is open plan with the dining area and kitchen.
Four legged rectangular table 83 x 55cm, 62cm floor to lowest point of table (underspace). Chairs (4).
Free space between table and walls is at least 95cm.
Flooring is short pile carpet in dining lounge area, hard flooring in kitchen area.
Furniture is movable and all is non-feather.
Two double sofas with arms provided.
Digital television with Freeview and DVD player, radio with CD player provided.
Bedroom 1. Double bedroom. Door width 70cm. Double bed 4.5ft wide. Bed height 58cm from floor to top of mattress.
Space available to left or right of bed is 70cm. Bed is movable if more space required to one side.
Bedroom 2. Twin bedroom. Door width 70cm. Twin beds 3ft wide. Bed height 53cm from floor to top of mattress. Space available: wall to bed 100cm; between beds 50cm; bed to wall 50cm. Beds movable to adjust space
Both bedrooms have non feather duvets and pillows(?). Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are polycotton.

Bathroom and WC. Door width 70cm. Raised shower basin with double sliding glass doors. Base 90cm quadrant. Step up 26cm into shower.
Washbasin is pedestal.
Flooring is laminate. Good colour contrast between walls, floor and furniture.
